Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original tags and packaging must be included.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

• Customers must contact PERFECTKONGOLO before returning an item.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Because certain PERFECTKONGOLO products are produced specifically for each order, customized, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the item.

Once verified, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear.

Return Shipping

Unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
